Do I need a referral?
Yes. A referral from your primary healthcare provider is required. If you do not have a provider, you can visit awalk-in clinic to obtain one.
What time does the overnight study start and end?
Arrival times are typically between 8:10 PM and 9:30 PM, with discharge between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM. Please confirm details in your appointment message.
How long are wait times?
Wait times vary by location. Our team will provide an estimate when your referral is received.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation. Late cancellations will incur a fee.
How do I renew my CPAP prescription?
We can request a renewal from the physician. A prescription renewal fee may apply.
I can’t find a CPAP vendor near me—what should I do?
We provide a local vendor list. You may also search for vendors near your home or workplace.
Am I eligible for ADP funding after a home sleep test?
ADP funding eligibility typically requires testing through an accredited facility with an in-clinic sleep study.
What is CPAP and how does it work?
CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) keeps your airway open during sleep by delivering a steady stream of air through a mask, preventing breathing interruptions.
What if I’m having trouble with CPAP?
For mask or machine issues → contact your vendor
For pressure concerns → contact our clinic
Can I get a copy of my sleep study report?
Yes. Reports cane provided for a fee.
How do I access the London clinic?
Please use the buzzer at the entrance. Staff will confirm your appointment and grant access.
How long is my referral valid?
Referrals are valid for 2 years. After that, a new referral is required.
I had a sleep test at Peak Sleep years ago—do I still need a referral?
Yes. A new referral is required if it has been more than two (2) years since your last assessment.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please review your appointment confirmation email or text message for specific instructions, including arrival details and parking information.
How do I book or reschedule an appointment?
You will receive a booking link by email, or our staff can assist you by phone.
When will I receive my sleep study results?
Results are typically available within 3–4 weeks after your study.
I received my CPAP prescription—what should I do next?
Follow the instructions in your email and contact a CPAP vendor to begin therapy. Reach out to our office if you need assistance.
Is a home sleep test covered by insurance?
Coverage varies. Please check directly with your insurance provider. We do not offer third-party billing.
How are follow-up appointments done?
Follow-ups with a Sleep Specialist Physician take place 4-6 weeks after your study and can be done in person or virtually, based on your preference.
How do I use my CPAP machine?
Your CPAP vendor will guide you through setup, mask fitting, and cleaning when you receive your device.
My CPAP says “Motor Life Exceeded”—what should I do?
Contact your physician or clinic as soon as possible to be re-referred to our clinic for reassessment as soon as possible.
Are you open on holidays?
Sleep studies continue as scheduled, but administrative staff are not available on statutory holidays.

Mississauga: Paid ($10 cash / $15 machine)

Can I attend my appointment if I am sick?
No. If you have a cold or fever, please reschedule once you are feeling better.
