Jessica Palmer, who directs our Sleep Psychology division has over 20 years of clinical experience working as a psychologist in both the US and Canada with extensive experience working with chronic insomnia using CBT-I since 2008.  

Jessica earned her M.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2001 and is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

Jessica has extensive experience working with sleep disorders, and she enjoys helping clients learn to sleep more efficiently with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), an evidence based treatment for chronic insomnia. As an advocate for shift workers and corporate sleep education, Jessica has also developed an evidence based e-Learning program to improve sleep, alertness, health, and safety for those who work around the clock.
